Big Fragment Locking Plate System

Locking plates are typically made of titanium or stainless steel, and come in a variety of sizes and shapes to fit different bones and fracture patterns.
The plate has multiple holes for screws, with the locking holes located at the ends of the plate. These locking holes have a threaded insert that allows the screw to lock into the plate, providing additional stability.
